Simon Fogarty - BA(Lon)
Simon received a degree in Religious Studies from
Kings College London before entering the legal profession.
He joined Aston Clark in 2004 and was admitted as a Solicitor
in 2006.
Simon is a police station and court duty solicitor
specialising in criminal work. Simon represents clients accused of the full range of
criminal offences from taxi-touting and benefit fraud to
serious sexual and violent offences. In the last year,
Simon has been instructed by clients accused of murder, rape
VAT fraud and a complex multi-defendant conspiracy to
burgle.
